摘　　要：本研究通过文献资料法、专家访谈法和案例分析法,结合CBA俱乐部近年来外援管理的现状,从人力资源管理视角分析CBA俱乐部外援管理所存在的突出问题和探究CBA俱乐部外援管理机制的构建,以期破解存在的问题,并为CBA俱乐部的外援管理提供了行之有效的建议。The methods of literature,expert interview and case analysis are employed to analyze the existing problems from the perspective of human resources management and explore the mechanism of CBA Club foreign aid management,combing recent situation of CBA Club foreign aid management, so as to solve the existing problems and proposes some available and effective suggestions.
