摘 要:目的探讨护理本科生参与护理心理学课堂授课的方法及效果。方法选取49名护理本科生为研究对象,选取护理心理学课堂教学的部分内容由学生参与授课,对学生授课情况进行评价;采用问卷调查学生,评价他们授课的效果。结果学生认为学生参与授课可行(100%),并愿意参与授课(91.84%),认为学生参与授课能提高自主学习能力(97.96%)、创新能力(97.96%)、团体协作能力(100%)和沟通能力(97.96%),能促进潜能开发(100%);但学生授课也存在知识点讲解不透彻、花费精力和时间多、课堂太活跃注意力难集中到授课内容上等不足。结论学生参与授课能提高学生多方面能力,但是在授课内容选择上和课堂氛围控制上还有待进一步改善。Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of student participation in the classroom lectures of Nursing Psychology. Methods Forty-nine undergraduate nursing students were recruited in this study. Teachers asked the students to teach certain contents in the course of Nursing Psychology. The teaching outcomes were investigated with a semi-structured questionnaire. Results All students thought they had the ability to teach themselves and 91.84% of the students were willing to teach. They reported that this practice could improve their abilities of self-directed learning (97.96%), innovation (97.96%), cooperation ( 100% ), communication (97.96%) and mobilize their potentiality(100%). However,they also put forward the disadvantages of studerft teaching such as insufficiency in knowledge explaining, spending more time, difficult to focus on the points of knowledge. Conclusion Student participation in the classroom lectures can improve their various abilities ,but what students teach and how to control class atmosphere need to be further improved.
