高校应由校长与教授“共治”

摘　　要：高校的治理模式是一个长期争论的学术话题,而教授主导或参与高校治理则是数百年以来高校治理的传统。当前,应充分认识到大学事务已经发生了很大变化,对教授治理学校和校长人选的要求已不同于以往。当前中国高校治理的理性模式选择是建立校长与教授共治的模式,主要通过教授委员会的建立和各层级行政机构与学术机构的交叉联系得以实现。The governance model of colleges and universities is a long-standing topic for debates. Professors＇ dominance or participation in university governance has been a tradition for hundreds of years. Currently, we should fully realize that major changes have taken place in university affairs, the situation of professors＇ administration and the requirements for president candidates are quite different from those of the past. The author holds that the rational model for university governance is to establish the joint governance between professors and presidents in China, which can be achieved professors and cross-linking between the administrative departments levels. by establishing the committee of and the academic institutes at alllevels.
