摘  要:沈杰教授回应《体育与科学》的专访,就青少年发展、青奥会与体育参与等问题做了深入讨论。认为:青奥会和体育参与对青少年建立自我同一性、形成稳定的人格系统以及青年的社会化进程均有积极的促进作用;奥运会倡导的自我挑战和竞技精神对青年人的心理转型和心理矛盾具有调节和干预的作用;当前我国青年运动员道德失范的原因主要是专业素质与社会素质不匹配的结果,提出了建立青年人才选拔培养的合理机制,建立心理引导和职业生涯规划等社会支持体系;认为解决青少年体质下降的问题应该从文化和制度的层面入手;当前我国青少年的需要层次呈现多元化发展态势,体育需要应该贯穿人的整个生命历程;体育应该扩展到生命教育层面,这样体育学的学科层次将会进一步提升。Prof .Shen Jie carried out in-depth discussions on adolescent development ,the Youth Olympic Games ,sports participation and other issues in an interview conducted by Journal of Sports and Science .He believes that :both the Youth Olympic Games and sports participation have a positive role in promoting teenagers to establish self identity and form stable personality and accelerate the process of youth socialization ;the self challenge and competitive spirit advocated by the Youth Olympic Games plays the role of regulating and intervening young people ’s psychological transformation and contra-diction;the reasons for current moral misconduct of young athletes in China mainly result from non -match between pro-fessional quality and comprehensive social quality ,and we have proposed to formulate the social policies for youth develop-ment and established a social support system and other psychological guidance strategies .He holds that we should set out from cultural and institutional aspects to solve the issue of young people ’s physical deterioration .Currently ,young people's psychological needs in China show a diversified development trend ,and sports needs should run through the whole course of human life .Sports should be extended to the aspect of life education so that the disciplinary level of physical education can be further improved .
