摘　　要：目的:探讨脾酪氨酸激酶(Syk)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系,分析其在子宫内膜癌中的诊断价值。方法:采用荧光定量PCR(real time-PCR)及免疫组织化学方法检测Syk mRNA及蛋白在正常子宫内膜组织、不典型增生子宫内膜组织及子宫内膜癌中的表达情况。结果:Syk在子宫内膜癌中的表达低于不典型增生及正常子宫内膜组织,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Syk的表达与子宫内膜癌的组织学分级、浸润深度、淋巴转移及临床分期有关(P<0.05)。结论:Syk可能与子宫内膜癌的发生发展及侵袭转移有关,检测Syk有助于判断子宫内膜癌的恶性程度。Objective To investigate the expression of spleen tyrosine kinase （Syk） in endometrial cancer （EC） and its relationship with the clinic and pathological factors, as well as the diagnostic value for EC. Methods Through real-time PCR and immunohistoehemistry, the expression level of Sky mRNA and protein in normal endometrial tissues, atypical hyperplasia of endometrial tissues and endometrial cancer tissues were examined. Results The expression of Syk in EC were lower than that in endometrial atypical hyperplasia and normal endometrium （P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of Syk was related to histological grade, invasive depth, lymphatic metastasis and clinical stages （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Syk contributes to tumorigenesis and metastasis of EC. The detection of Syk can provide evidence to evaluate the malignancy grade of EC.
