摘  要:职业教育的历史起点和逻辑起点是什么?在探究东西方学徒制的历史背景、发展状况以及综合比较的基础上,人们不难看到,职业教育的历史起点是学徒制,逻辑起点是职能传授。历史起点的选择制约着逻辑起点的选择,二者应该相吻合,它们统一于造就"准职业人"之中。对职业教育的历史起点和逻辑起点研究的意义在于:有利于职业教育学科建设科学性的提升;有利于促进人性的发展;有利于促进社会进步和增进个人福祉。To begin with the content and features of apprenticeship, this paper illustrates the historical background of apprenticeship and its development in the East and the West. On the basis of comprehensive comparison, the paper concludes that apprenticeship is the historic origin of vocational education and craftsmanship training is the logic origin. The choice of historic origin restricts the se- lection of logic origin. The historic origin and the logic origin of vocational education should be con- sistent with each other, unifying in training and laying up "would-be employees". Studying on historic origin and logic origin of vocational education is good for further strengthening the construction of vocational education discipline, promoting humanity, social development as well as individual happiness and benefits.
