临床带教老师对“订单式”人才培养质量的调查分析

摘　　要：[目的]调查临床带教老师对"订单式"人才培养质量的满意度,并探讨其与带教老师一般资料的相关性。[方法]采用自制问卷对北京市某三级甲等医院的20名临床带教老师进行调查,用SPSS22.0统计软件进行数据分析。[结果]带教老师对"订单式"人才培养质量评价的总分为25.45分±5.52分,学历(r=-0.451,P=0.031)与护龄(r=-0.397,P=0.042)均与其满意度呈负相关。[结论]临床带教老师对"订单式"人才培养质量总体满意度较高,护龄与学历可能会影响带教老师的满意度。Objective:To investigate the clinical teachers' satisfaction on the quality of ' order' talents cultivation,and probe into the correlation between satisfaction and General information of teachers.Methods:A total of 20 clinical teachers in a three grade A hospital in Beijing city were investigated by using self-made questionnaire,and SPSS22.0 software was used for data analysis.Results:The total satisfaction of total evaluation score of teachers was 25.45±5.520 on quality of'order'talents cultivation,education level(r=-0.451,P=0.031)and nursing age(r=-0.397,P=0.042)were both negatively related with overall satisfaction. Conclusion:The overall satisfaction of clinical teachers was in a higher level on'order'talents cultivation,education level and nursing age maybe affect their satisfaction of teachers.
