摘　　要：杭白菊是药食兼优的可食用花卉,是浙江省八大名药材"浙八味"之一。由于其特殊的理化构成,杭白菊具有很高的药用价值和保健功效。我们对杭白菊的营养功能成分以及深加工现状进行了综述,并对杭白菊的开发前景作了展望。Chrysanthemum morifolium is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine and food, either as a fragrant floral tea or as acooling herb. Because of the distinctive chemical composition, Chrysanthemum morifolium has lfigh nutritional value and powerfulhealth function. This article summarized the nutrient and functional components of Chrysanthemum morifolium, the status ofits development and then advanced the developmental direction of tea flowers induslry in the future.
