摘　　要：党的十六大以来,科学发展观逐步深入党心民心,并且已经成为发展中国特色社会主义的根本指导思想。科学发展,是当今时代发展的主题。科学发展,从根本上说就是实事求是的发展、遵循规律的发展。实事求是,是科学发展观的理论品质和实践诉求。深入研究实事求是与科学发展观的内在关系,对于深入贯彻落实科学发展观具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。Since the 16th National Congress of CPC ,the View of Scientific Development gradual deepening of the party and the people, and has become a fundamental guiding ideology for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The View of Scientific Development is the theme of today＇s times. The View of Scientific Development that is fundamentally pragmatic development also is following the law of the development. Seeking truth from facts is theoretical quality and practical demands of the View of Scientific Development. Further research the internal relations of seeking truth from facts and the View of Scientific Development has important theoretical value and practical significance to thoroughly apply the View of Scientific Development.
