摘　　要：随着我国高等教育事业改革的不断深化以及市场经济原则的不断嵌入,高校之间的竞争日趋激烈。高校要想在激烈的竞争中求得生存与发展,就必须走可持续内涵式发展的道路。而内部物力资源是高校走內涵式发展的重要物质基础和条件保障,但从实际情况来看,目前高校內部物力资源的配置状况却不尽合理,因此要本着勤俭节约、服务人才培养中心任务、突出重点等原则进行优化。构建以物力资源占有率、利用率、时间价值指标为內容的评价指标体系,以此考核评价其配置效果。The competition between colleges and universities grows increasingly fierce along with deepening higher education reform and embedding market economy principles in our country. Colleges and universities have to proceed in the road of sustainable connotative development if they want to survive in the fierce competition and development. Then internal resources is the important material basis and conditional guarantee under the connotative development. However, the condition of internal resource configuration is not reasonable from the actual situation of internal resources of colleges and universities, they need to be optimized in line with frugality, central task for all service of personnel training and prominence to the key principles. Hence the evaluation index system with material resource share, utilization and time value indexes will be constructed in order to assess its configuration.
