社区图书馆援助解决流动儿童文化生活的思考——以天津市西青区图书馆为例

摘　　要：流动儿童是生活在城市中的弱势群体,社区介入是援助流动儿童的重要方式。社区图书馆作为社区文化知识核心可以对流动儿童给予关爱,实施心理和知识援助,天津市西青区图书馆采取了一系列行之有效的措施,将流动儿童援助工作作为一个系统工程,在制度、人员、社会机构、措施等各方面给予支持,使流动儿童的文化生活更加丰富,对社会的发展和进步起到了推动作用。The migrant children is the vulnerable groups in the city. The community involvement is the important method of supporting migrant children. As the community cultural knowledge core, the community library provides knowledge and psychology aid for migrant children. Xiqing District Library of Tianjin has adopted a series of effective measures. Migrant childreffs aid will flow as a systems engineering, the library should support them from aspects of institutional, staff, social structure and measures, make their cultural life more and more rich, and play improvement role in social development.
