基于2-模网络和G-N社群聚类算法的潜在合作者研究——以国内图情领域的社会网络分析研究为例

摘　　要：文章通过中国知网及中文科技期刊数据库,搜集国内图情领域社会网络分析主题的相关文献,并构建了2-模网络数据。从科研网络中同质网络和异质网络的矩阵对比分析及2-模网络的可视化,发现科研网络潜在合作者,并运用G-N社群聚类算法进行作者网络划分,再根据聚类结果挖掘作者群潜在研究主题,为发现科研网络中的潜在合作者和潜在研究主题提供了新的方法和研究视角。Through the CNKI and CSTJ, this paper collects relevant literature with the topic of network analysis in the field of library and information science domestically, and constructs 2-mode network data. Through the comparative analysis of the matrix of homogeneous network and heterogeneous network in research network and the visualization of 2-mode network, the paper discovers the potential co-author of research network, and uses G-N clustering algorithm for co-author network partition. According to the clustering result, the paper mines the potential research topics of the author group, which provides a new method and research perspective for the discovery of potential co-author and research topics.
