摘　　要：通过分析研究生创新自我效能感的内涵,以243名研究生为被试,验证研究生创新自我效能感的四维结构模型,并分析其特征。结果表明,研究生群体中,男生创新自我效能感显著高于女生;高年级学生的创新自我效能感显著高于低年级学生;省属重点院校生源的研究生创新自我效能感显著低于211院校和省属一般院校的;理工科和文科研究生的创新自我效能感不存在显著差异;有工作经验的研究生的创新自我效能感水平显著高于没有工作经验的。By analyzing the connotation of graduate students＇ innovative self - efficacy, 243 graduate students were measured. The research constructed and verified the four - dimension model of graduate students＇ innovative self - effica- cy, and investigated the characteristics of the model, The results showed that ： Male innovative self - efficacy was signifi- cantly higher than female; High school graduate＇s innovative selfefficacy was significantly higher than the lower grades graduate; Provincial key university graduate students＂ innovative self- efficacy was significantly lower than 211 colleges and provincial general institutions. There was no significant difference between science ＆ engineering graduates and liberal ＆ arts graduates. Innovative self - efficacy level of graduate students with work experience was higher than those without work experience students.
