摘　　要：新媒体技术及其传播特点,带来了高校网络宣传教育工作内容和手段的创新,也对高校网络宣传教育工作提出挑战。在新媒体环境下,高校要通过打造全媒体平台,加强有效组织管理和制度机制建设,加强网上图书馆建设和管理等举措,创新网络宣传教育工作手段和方式,提升网络宣传教育工作水平。The characteristics of new media technologies and their dissemination, bring innovative education content and tools of university network publicity, but also on the university network publicity and education chal- lenge. In the new media environment, colleges and universities should, through building the media platform, strengthen the effective management and system construction, strengthen the online library construction and man- agement measures, innovate network propaganda and education means and methods and enhance the level of net- work publicity and education work.
