先天性及遗传性眼病所致视力残疾患者的视觉康复

摘　　要：目的　分析低视力门诊常见的 3种先天及遗传性眼病患者配用助视器后的视功能改善及视觉康复情况。方法　对 6～ 6 8a的 113例 (2 2 2眼 )视力残疾患者 ,包括视网膜色素变性 5 6例 ,先天性小眼球小角膜 31例 ,白化病 2 6例 ,其中盲 37眼 ,低视力 178眼。全部采用国产助视器为 2 .5倍的单筒或双筒望远镜助视器 ,近用为 + 6～ + 32 D眼镜助视器。结果　配用远用助视器后的脱盲率为 78.4% ,脱残率为 70 .2 % ,远视力≥ 0 .5共 5 1眼 ,占2 3.0 % ,8只眼为 1.0 ;配用近用助视器后 130眼视力≥ 0 .5 ,占 75 .1% .结论　远用和近用助视器可以有效地改善视力残疾患者的视功能 ,使视觉康复 ,从而提高工作学习能力 。Objective To analyse the visual function improvement and visual rehabilitation of patients with three kinds of congenital and hereditary eye diseases commonly in low vision clinics.Methods One hundred and thirteen low visual patients aged from 6 to 68 years old wore 2.5 X monocular and binocular telescopes and +6^+32D glasses. All devices were made in China. Fifty six cases suffered from pigmentary degeneration of retina, 31 cases were congenital microphthalmia and microcornea, 26 cases were albinism. Blindness were 37 cases, low vision were 178 cases.Results 78.4% visual acuity of patients of wearing telescopes is over 0.5, 70.2% is equal or over 0.3, 51 cases (about 23.0%) is equal or over 0. 5,8 eyes is over 1.0; 130 cases wear glasses,75.1% visual acuity is over 0.5.Conclusion Low vision device for short and far distance can improve vision acuity and living quality of visual disability.
