摘　　要：分子生物学技术在病理诊断中发挥越来越重要的作用。软组织肿瘤经常伴随着反复出现的细胞遗传学异常。本综述着重探讨间叶性肿瘤的遗传学变异,组织病理以及分子诊断技术在该类疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断中的意义。Molecular techniques are increasingly important in the practice of surgical pathology. Especially, there are a number of tumors with recurring cytogenetic abnormalities, in soft tissues. Using molecular techniques to detect these genetic abnormalities has advantages to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis. This review will focus on genetic abnormalities on the mesenchymal tumors, and its application in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
