摘  要:目的建立快速、简便的测定酸牛奶中总铬含量的方法。方法样品经微波消解,石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定。结果在铬含量为5~20μg/L的浓度范围内,有良好的线性关系,其回归方程为:Y=0.01608X+0.01359,相关系数为r=0.9998。结论该方法操作简便,结果稳定,重现性好,可用于测定酸牛奶中总铬含量。Objective The aim of this study was to establish a rapid, simple methodology for the determination of chromium in yogurt. Methods The sample was digested by microwave, and the chromium in the sample solution was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The data was quantified by standard curve methodology. Results In the range of 0.005-0.02 mg/L, the regression equation was Y=0.01608X+0.01359 with correlation coefficient r=0.9998. Conclusion This methodology was simple, stable and reproductive, and can be used for determination of chromium in yogurt.
