摘 要:玉米蛋白粉是玉米湿法加工的副产物,产量丰富,蛋白含量高,且有效能较高,但是其蛋白不易被吸收,适口性差。试验采用的是好食性脉胞霉和嗜酸乳杆菌混合发酵生产饲料,旨在对其发酵条件进行优化,最大限度地提高玉米蛋白粉的蛋白溶解性,以期提高经济效益。结果表明,好食性脉孢霉间隔48 h加入嗜酸乳杆菌,玉米蛋白粉与麸皮的比例是7??3,料水比例为1??2,pH值自然,培养温度为33℃,培养72 h,此时发酵培养基可溶性蛋白含量8.69 mg/ml,提高了7.77 mg/ml,显著提高了饲料中的可溶性蛋白含量。微生物发酵玉米蛋白饲料有很好的发展前景。Corn gluten meal is byproduct of wet method processing, fertile output, high protein content, and effective energy high, but its protein was not easy to be absorbed, and poor palatability. The study made blend bacterium fermented feed by N.sitophila and lactobacillus, the objective was to optimize fermented condition, increase solubility of protein in corn gluten meal, view to enhance economic benefit. Results showed: N.sitophila inoculum was added to lactic acid bacteria was added after 48 h, corn gluten meal: bran was 7 : 3, the ratio of material to water = 1 : 2, natural pH, cultural temperature was 33 ℃, cultural time was 72 h. In this condition, soluble protein content in fermented medium was 8.69 mg/ml, increased 7.77 mg/ml, and significantly increased soluble protein content in the feed. There had better development prospect for fermented corn gluten meal by microorganism.
