摘　　要：以天然药物化学课堂教学为研究对象,笔者得出提高教学质量的几点体会。第一、根据药学专业的培养目标进行合理的课程设置;第二、注重学生的实践技能和创新思维的培养,高度重视实验教学;第三、通过集体备课提高教师的备课质量;第四、在课堂教学通过多种方式活跃课堂气氛、提高学生的学习兴趣。笔者从传统的填鸭式教学改为引导学生主动探究的学习方式,今后还将大胆改革教师的教学方式和学生的学习方式,以期达到更优教学效果。Teaching experiences on natural medicinal chemistry to improve the teaching quality based on the classroom teaching as the research object were discussed. First, reasonable courses should be set according to the training objectives of pharmacy specialty; second, experimental teaching may be paid more attention to cultivate practical skills and creative thinking for students; third, collective lesson planning can improve the teaching quality by exchanging views of teachers ; fourth, a variety of ways were applied to active classroom atmosphere and improve students＇ interest in the classroom. The traditional cramming method was transformed to actively explore ways for students, while reform of teaching method of the teachers and learning way of students would be attempt in the future in order to achieve better teaching effect.
