摘　　要：高等教育大众化背景下,高校教学满意度问题引发社会的广泛关注。笔者从高校学生立场出发,深究传统教师角色问题,藉此提出教师角色转变的三个向度,即知识传授方式、师生交往形式、教学管理模式,以期提升高校学生对教学的满意度。Under the background of popularization of higher education, colleges and universities teaching satisfaction problem caused the wide attention of the society. From the standpoint of university students, the authors explored the traditional teacher＇s role, and put forward the three orientation of teacher＇s role change, including knowledge instruction way, form of interaction between teachers and students and teaching management model in order to improve college students＇ satisfaction in teaching.
