摘　　要：采用访谈法及观察法,对英汉语言接触而产生的回民街英语进行田野调查,重点对其语言特征及文化特色加以描述,包括语音、词汇、语法、语码转换及讨价还价的文化特色。通过与中国洋泾浜英语的比较,揭示回民街英语的本质特征。研究认为,回民街英语作为受惠语,其词汇主要源于施惠语-英语,语音及语法特征则以其母语-汉语为载体,其实质是一种新式的中国洋泾浜英语。With the method of interview and observation, the long-term fieldwork has been done on a contact-induced language of Chinese and English- Hui Alley English, and the linguistic and cultural features are mainly described, including pronounciation, vocabulary, grammar, code-switch and bargaining. The intrinsic feature is revealed after the comparative analysis between Hui Alley English and Chinese Pidgin English（CPE）. It is concluded that Hui Alley English. as the recipient language,with its vocabulary from source language-English and the pronunciation rules and grammatical features mainly from their native languge-Chinese, is a new type of Chinese Pidgin English.
