摘　　要：目的了解北京市综合性医院卫生人力资源现状,找出北京市卫生人力资源目前存在的问题,为合理配置卫生人力资源和优化卫生人力资源结构提供政策建议。方法采用文献研究和收集北京市近年来有关医疗机构及综合性医院卫生人力资源相关数据。对北京市人口资源现状和不同医院在不同年份中卫生资源情况进行描述性分析。运用灰色预测和时间序列预测方法对北京市人口资源和综合性医院卫生人力资源的发展趋势进行预测。结果北京市卫生服务需求近年来逐年增加且将进一步持续增加,未来医护人员的需求量会进一步的加大,但医护比例结构不合理,整体医务人员素质有待提高。结论未来北京市医疗需求不断增大,医护人员的需求量增加,亟需优化北京市综合性医院的人才队伍,合理引进高层次人才,增加卫生技术人员尤其是护士和防保人员的数量,合理配置综合性医院卫生人力资源。Objective To understand the status of human resources in comprehensive hospital in Beijing, and identify existing problems for future rational allocation of health human resources, so as to optimize the structure of human resources for health policy advice. Methods A literature research was performed, and the human resources data of related comprehensive hospital in Beijing was collected. Descriptive analysis of the resources was conducted for both Beijing population and different hospitals in different years. The development trend of Beijing general hospital population, re- sources and human resources for health were predicted by using gray forecasting and time series forecasting methods. Results In recent years, the needs of Municipal Health Service in Beijing continuously increased year by year, and will further increase in the future ; the demand for health care will htrther increase in the future, but the proportion of health care structure is irrational, the overall quality of the medical staff needs to be improved. Conclusion The the demand for health care in Beijing will continuously increase in the future, we need to optimize talent teams in comprehensive hospitals, increase the number of nurses and health prevention and care personnel, and make reasonable configure of human resourees for health in comprehensive hospitals.
