摘  要:研究了我国近海贝类体内帕金虫的分布和分类。从辽宁、河北到广西、海南沿海九省区58个地点共30种主要的经济贝类采样分析,利用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)法,对样品进行rDNA-ITS序列的扩增,初步确定我国海产贝类体内帕金虫的种类及其分布。结果表明,我国具有两种rDNA-ITS序列差异较大的帕金虫,在菲律宾蛤仔、紫贻贝、毛蚶、皱纹盘鲍、牡蛎中检测出帕金虫Perkinsus olseni;在南方近江牡蛎中检测出帕金虫Perkinsus beihaiensis。The distribution and classification of Perkinsus spp.in China's offshore shellfish were studied.Thirty different kinds of major economic shellfish from fifty-eight locations in nine coastal provinces of China from north to south such as Liaoning,Hebei,Guangxi,Hainan,was sampled and analyzed.PCR was applied to amplify the rDNA-ITS sequences,and thus the species and their distribution of Perkinsus spp.was preliminarily identified.The results indicated that China has two different kinds of Perkinsus spp.and the differences in rDNA-ITS sequences are large.These two different Perkinsus sp.are respectively P.olseni detected fromRuditapes philippinarum,Mytilus, Scapharca subcrenata,Haliotis discus hannai and Oysters,and P.beihaisens detected from Crassostrea rivularis living in Southern China.
