摘　　要：要做好现阶段的学生工作 ,必须认真研究当代大学生时代特征。把握大学生的各种成才需求 ,采取大学生能够接受的教育方式。把握好教育原则 ,使学生的综合素质逐步提高 。The characteristics of times of the contemporary university students must be made close study of if the present work is to be done well.Their needs for becoming talents must be well investigated,so education methods acceptable to the students can be adopted.They should be directed toward the correct road if we grasp well education principles and improve their comprehensive qualities. [
