摘　　要：本文介绍了知识管理的产生背景和研究现状,从组织结构、发展战略和企业文化三方面详细探讨了企业知识管理的实施框架模式。This paper first introduces the background and research status of knowledge management, and then gives out a framework to implement it from the aspects of organizational structural, developing strategy and enterprise culture in detail.
