摘　　要：详细讲述了完成学位论文开题报告和文献综述的主要步骤和方法,认为主要步骤有初定学位论文研究方向及题目、国内外相关文献调研、确定论文题目及研究内容、总结研究特色与创新点、论文研究方法和技术路线、规划预期成果、安排论文工作时间.同时指出充足的时间、有效的方法、老师的指导、院系及学校的督导和管理是毕业生较好完成学位论文开题报告与文献综述的条件和保障.The steps and methods of accomplishing thesis report and literature review for dissertation were discussed in the text,and they are composed of initialty deciding dissertation research direction and topic,domestic and foreign literature research,determining the topic and research contents,summarize the research characteristic and innovation,research methods and technical routes,expected research outcomes,planning working time. Meanwhile,it is put forward that plenty of time,effective methods, teacher＇s guide, supervision and management from faculty and school are basin condition and security for graduate＇s accomplishing dissertation.
