摘　　要：随着时代的进步,食品的发展为民众的生活带来了极大的便利。然而,近年来食品安全事故频发也引起了越来越广泛的重视。文章突破了食品安全问题的传统思维模式,不只从食品科技本身介绍可能存在的安全问题,还将食品安全问题在军事安全领域上进行延伸、探讨,并从教育的角度给出了相关的解决办法,以期站在国家安全的高度上来探讨食品安全问题,从而引起广大民众对该问题更高度的重视。Over time, the high speed development of food has brought people enormous convenience. But, in recent years, the incidents of food safety has been paid more and more attention. This paper attempts to make a breakthrough on the traditional thinking model of the food safety. The article not only introduces the security problem of food technology, but also discusses the food safety from the view of military security and the solutions from an education perspective. Through analyzing the problem of food safety from the view of national security, the essay wants to call the more attention to the problem.
