摘 要:为了使用近红外光谱技术对南疆红枣糖度精确的测定,研究分析70个新鲜南疆灰枣实验数据,结合多种光谱预处理方法,间隔偏最小二乘法(iPLS)和联合区间间隔偏最小二乘法(siPLS)优选红枣糖度的最佳波长区间,建立南疆红枣糖度近红外校正模型。结果表明:通过联合区间间隔偏最小二乘法优选出糖度特征波长区间分别为4902~5203 cm-1、5203~5503 cm-1和6105~6406cm-1,并经过MSC和一阶导数预处理后所建立的偏最小二乘法(PLS)校正模型效果最佳,模型校正标准偏差(SEC)为0.842,预测标准偏差(SEP)为0.714,相关系数(R)为0.942。研究表明,所选用优化方法适合南疆灰枣糖度近红外校正模型的建立;近红外光谱技术能对南疆红枣糖度进行测定,且研究所用的方法可以推广到南疆其他红枣品种的近红外光谱分析中。The aim of the study was to accurately determine the sugar content of jujube in south Xinjiang by near infrared spectroscopy. Calibration model of jujube saccharinity was established which analysised and pretreated the data of 70 jujubes, combined the interval partial least squares (iPLS) and synergy interval partial least square (siPLS) methods. After the treatment of multiplication scatter correction (MSC), first derivative and normalization, the results showed that the best effect of the calibration model of saccharinity within the spectral region of 4902-5203 cm^-1, 5203-5503 cm^-1 and 6105-6406 cm^-1 respectively. SEC, SEP and correlation coefficients were 0.842, 0.714 and 0.942, respectively. The final results indicated that the model is an effective method to rapid detect sugar degree, and expands in south Xinjiang.
