摘  要:建立了检测玉米中4种黄曲霉毒素(AFs)的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS-MS)检测方法。称取5.00 g玉米制品样品后加入甲醇-水溶液(v:v=7:3)提取,经过多功能净化柱净化,然后进入UPLC-MS-MS进行检测。4种AFs的保留时间小于3 min,无需衍生化过程。最小检测限分别为AFB1:0.05μg/kg,AFB2:0.02μg/kg,AFG1:0.09μg/kg,AFG2:0.04μg/kg,线性相关系数(r2)均大于0.99,回收率在81.5%~108.8%之间,RSD在2.9%~12.9%之间。此方法具有良好的精密度和准确度,适用于玉米制品中AFs的检测。对市场上采购的3种玉米制品进行检测,发现普遍含量较低,在0.093~7.3μg/kg之间。对不同地区的玉米制品样品检测发现,该方法适用于玉米制品的快速灵敏检测要求。An ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS-MS) method was developed to simultaneous determination of 4 aflatoxins (AFs) in corns. The samples were extracted with methanol samples-water (v:v=7:3) and purificated by multifunction purification column after weighed. Then the samples were detected by UPLC-MS-MS. The retention time is less than 3 minutes without derivatization. The minimum detection limits were 0.05 μg/kg, 0.02 μg/kg, 0.09 μg/kg and 0.04 μg/kg. The linear correlation coefficient (r^2) was greater than 0.99 and the average recovery ratios were 81.5%-108.8%, the RSD were 2.9%-12.9%. This method had good precision and accuracy for the detection of AFs in corn products. Generally, the AFs were at a low level between 0.093-7.3 μg/kg. The detection of corn products for different regions shows that this method is suitable for rapid and sensitive detection.
