摘　　要：旅游高等教育经过30多年的摸索和不断发展,旅游管理本科专业发展日臻完善,但在培养了大批满足于社会和产业发展需求的人才的同时,也存在一些不足。文章针对专业人才社会需求调查、师资队伍建设、专业认识和定位等问题进行分析,探讨高等教育过程中本科专业发展的相关问题。Tourism higher education has exported and developed for more than 30 years .Tourism management undergraduate professional development is improving. It has cultivated a large number of talents who satisfied with social and industrial development needs, but also some deficiencies need to be improved. This article aimed at professional talents social needs, the teachers troop construction, professional knowledge and positioning, so as to explore problems about the development of the undergraduate programs in the process of higher education.
