摘 要:新劳动合同法的实施开启了我国劳动法领域新的篇章,使人力资源管理制度及员工关系管理得到进一步规范,促进了现代企业制度进一步完善。作为企业重要组成部分的知识型员工在新劳动合同法背景下各方面均受到不同程度的影响。本文以重庆市西永微电园为例就新劳动合同法实施以来对企业知识型员工在心理压力方面的影响进行了一定的探讨和分析,最后阐明了课题组在新劳动合同法背景下现代企业人力资源管理过程中针对知识型员工心理压力管理的见解。The implementation of the new labor contract, which enables the labor law of our country to enterinto a new field, makes the management system of human resource and employee relationship management morestandard and promotes the further improvement of the modern enterprise system. The various factors of the knowl-edge - based employees as the important part of the enterprises, under the background of the new labor contract,can be affected by different degree without exception. This article, through the example of Yongxi Micro -elec-tronic Park, has discussed and analyzed the affection of the mental stress on the knowledge - based employees inthe enterprise under the background of the new labor contract law in certain aspects, and at last illustrated theunderstanding of management of the mental stress on the knowledge - based employees made by the researchgroup, in the process of the human resource management in modem enterprises under the new labor contract law.
