散瘀止痛膏对大鼠软组织损伤的治疗作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究散瘀止痛膏对急性软组织损伤的治疗作用。方法建立大鼠急性软组织损伤模型,观察散瘀止痛膏对损伤症候指数和损伤肌肉组织中IL-1β、PGE2含量的影响;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、乙酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高的实验观察其抗炎作用;采用扭体法观察其镇痛作用。结果散瘀止痛膏具有明显的消肿作用,使损伤肌肉组织中IL-1β、PGE2含量明显下降,明显减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀,对抗乙酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高,明显减少乙酸所致小鼠的扭体次数。结论散瘀止痛膏具有抗炎、镇痛作用,对大鼠急性软组织损伤有一定的治疗作用。Objective It is to investigate the therapeutic effect of Sanyu Zhitong ointmen on rats with acute soft tissue injury. Methods The rat model of acute soft tissue injury was prepared to observe the influence of Sanyu Zhitong ointmen on injury symptom index and the content of IL - 1β and PGE2 ; dimethylbenzene-induced ear edema method and acetic acid-induced capillary permeability method were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effects of Sanyu Zhitong ointmen ; acetic acid-induced writhing test in mice was adopted to observe the analgesic effects of Sanyu Zhitong ointment. Results Sanyu Zhitong ointment had a subsiding swelling effect significantly, it significantly decreased the content of IL - 1β and PGE2 in damaged muscle tissue, reduced mouse ear swelling induced by dimethylbenzene, opposed the increase of capillary permeability caused by acetic acid in mice, and reduced the writhing times of mice induced by acetic acid. Conclusion Sanyu Zhitong ointmen has anti-inflammatory, peripheral analgesic effects, it has a certain therapeutic effect on acute soft tissue injury in rats.
