摘　　要：从目前高校对无形资产管理及核算所存在的问题入手,通过对高校无形资产的识别方式、期权特征等问题的分析,揭示了运用期权理论对高校无形资产进行管理及应用的方式及可行性。From the management of intangible assets and accounting problems, through the analysis of the intangible assets recognition, the option characteristics of the application of option theory, this paper reveals the management and application of the methods and feasibility of intangible assets in colleges and universities.
