摘  要:研究了布那迪栅藻(Scenedesmus bernardii)异养培养条件及不同碳源、氮源对其生化组成的影响。结果表明:异养培养时所需的最佳碳源为葡萄糖,其最适质量浓度为50.0 g/L;最佳氮源为酵母提取物,其最适质量浓度为2.7 g/L;摇瓶培养时所获得的最大生物量达24.8 g/L。布那迪栅藻异养培养时细胞内主要积累碳水化合物,其含量达到细胞干重的58.2%,最高产率为1.05 g/(L·d);其次积累总脂,含量为细胞干重的30.9%,最高产率为0.64 g/(L·d)。The heterotrophic cultivation conditions of Scenedesmus bernardii and the different carbon sources and nitrogen sources on its biochemical components were studied. The results showed that the best carbon source for Scenedesmus bernardii under heterotrophic growth was glucose, and its optimal mass concentration was 50 . 0 g/L; the best nitrogen source for Scenedesmus bernardii under heterotrophic growth was yeast extract, and its optimal mass concentration was 2. 7 g/L. Under the optimal heterotrophic growth conditions, the maximum biomass was up to 24. 8 g/L. The carbohydrates mainly accumulated in the cell of Scenedesmus bernardii under heterotrophic growth conditions, accounting for 58. 2% of the cell dry weight, and the highest yield was 1. 05 g/( L·d); the next was the total lipid, accounting for 30. 9% of the cell dry weight, and the highest yield was 0. 64 g/(L·d).
