摘 要:[目的]优化樟子松树皮多酚与亚铁离子螯合的工艺参数。[方法]通过水体系合成法建立了樟子松树皮多酚与亚铁离子螯合的工艺,并通过响应面法优化了螯合工艺方法,得到螯合率较高的环状螯合物,并对其结构进行分析。[结果]试验得到最佳螯合工艺条件为螯合pH为6.8,质量比为3.1∶1,螯合温度为43.6℃,此工艺条件下樟子松树皮多酚与亚铁离子螯合率可达到(39.16±0.89)%;通过紫外光谱分析研究表明,樟子松树皮多酚与亚铁离子发生螯合反应,导致其原有结构发生改变,反应产品呈螯合物特征结构。[结论]研究可提升松多酚以及亚铁离子的生物效价。[ Objective ] To optimize the technical parameters of polyphenols and ferrous ion chelating of Pinus sylvestris L. barks. [ Method ] Water system synthesis was used to establish chelation technique for polyphenols and ferrous ion, and response surface analysis was applied to optimize the synthesis of ferrous polyphenols, ring chelates with high yield chelating rate was obtained and the structure was analyzed. [ Result ] The optimum condition of chelation was pH 6.8, chelating mass ratio 3.1:1, chelating.temperature 43.6 ℃, under this condition, the chelation rate of ferrous polyphenols was (39.16 ±0.89 ) %. The Uv-vis analysis result showed that Pinus sylvestris L. barks polyphenols were chelated with the ferrous ion, this changed the structure of pine polyphenols, the features .of products performance for the chelate structure. [ Conclusion] The study can improve the pine polyphenols and ferrous ion biological titer.
