摘　　要：由"校园人"向"社会人"的角色转换是每一位高职毕业生毕业时都要面对的问题,工学结合模式下完成高职毕业生角色转换必须要做到"四位一体",即社会、学校、企业和学生必须在工学结合模式下发挥自己应尽的职责,才能更好地帮助高职毕业生顺利实现社会角色的转变。Every vocational college student has to face the problem that the changeover from “college students”to“social man”, under the background of combining learning with working pattern vocational graduates role conversion must be＆quot;four in one＆quot;, that is society, school, enterprise and students should play their own duties and this can better help graduates realize the changeover of the social role.
