功能派翻译理论在政论文英译中的应用

摘　　要：功能派翻译理论的核心是目的论,目的论包含目的性原则、忠诚原则和连贯原则。对政论文这种实用的信息型文本英译的分析表明,好的译文往往是这三大原则的结合体。政论文英译需动态地把握这三个原则,牢记翻译的目的,协调好翻译过程的多边关系,译文才能在符合目的语表达习惯的同时顺利实现对外宣传的目的。The main theory of German functionalist approach is Skopos theory whose essence is Skopos rule, fidelity and co herence rules. The analysis of translated version of political documents which are informative text shows that good translation is of ten a combination of the three rules. Translators of political documents should dynamically apply the three rules to translation practice, keep the translation Skopos in mind and also balance the requirements of different parties of translation, so as to make the translation find its way in English culture and effectively publicize China.
