新经济时代经济管理发展趋势探析

摘　　要：对新经济时代的经济管理发展趋势进行探析,首先从新经济时代的经济发展的矛盾化以及调和矛盾方面入手进行简要分析;随后从无形产品的量化问题、经济行为被赋予社会意义以及经济体投资分析细化等五个方面,对新经济时代的经济行为特征进行重新思考与关注;然后分别从创新与核心的构建,以及人才的结构重新整合两个方面对新经济时代下的企业经济管理提出思考和分析,最终对新经济时代下经济管理的发展提出了展望。This paper analyzes the development trend of the economic management in the new economic era.Firstly,it analyzes the conflicts and the reconciliation of conflicts of the economic development in the new economic era.Then,it rethinks and concerns the characteristics of economic behaviors in the new economic era from five aspects such as the quantification of intangible products,social significance given to economic behaviors,refined investment analysis.After that,it analyzes the economic management development in the new economic era from the aspects of the construction of innovation and core,as well as the re-integration of talents’structure. Finally,the paper puts forward the prospect of the economic management development in the new economic era.
