摘　　要：内涵发展是提高高职院校办学水平的必由之路。实现高职院校内涵发展必须与时俱进,更新教育观念;工学结合,创新人才培养模式;适应社会,加强专业建设;统筹规划,提高师资队伍水平;提升能力,积极服务社会;引领价值,建设高职文化。The connotative development is the only way to the enhance of school-running level in higher vocational colleges. It is necessary （or that development to keep pace with the times and renew the educational concept, innovate the talents cultivation model with the work-study combination, strengthen the specialty construction adaptable to the society, promote the proficience of faculties in the overall planning, serve actively the society with the improvement on the competence, and build the culture of higher vocational colleges with the leading of the value.
