高职院校多层次校企合作模式研究——以机械制造与自动化专业为例

摘　　要：校企合作是高职院校人才培养的重要途径,也是提升学校内涵建设的重要方式。合作双方将从深度的、长久的校企合作中受益,合作应该是互信双赢的。随着产业升级转型的需求,校企合作深度和广度的不断加强,合作模式包括从人才培养到技术合作多个层次,校企合作进一步发展后将会形成校企联盟、产教结合、互信双赢、共同发展的深度合作模式,对产业发展和高职教育产生重要的影响。School enterprise cooperation is an important way of talents training in higher vocational colleges, is also the important ways to increase the connotation of the school building. Cooperation between the two sides would benefit from the cooperation depth for a long time, should be mutual trust and win-win cooperation. With the transformation of industrial upgrading needs, school enterprise cooperation in depth and breadth of the continuously strengthened. Cooperation model includes multiple levels, from personnel training to technical cooperation. The cooperation will be further developed, forming alliance, combination of production with teaching, mutual trust and win-win cooperation, common development pattern. This creates a significant impact on industrial development and vocational education.
