摘　　要：本文介绍了基于ＩＰＣ和Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９Ｘ／ＮＴ的新型工业机器人控制系统中的示教器开发和ＲＳ２３２串行口通信技术。说明了示教的原理和示教器与ＰＣ主控软件的接口开发技术，对承担数据交换的串行口通信技术作了详细的讨论，对其中的难点作了剖析。This paper introduced the development of teach box and RS232 serial port communication technology in the new PT500 industry robot control system based on IPC and Windows 9X/NT . on the base of fully analyzing the robot control architecture,the principle of teaching is illustrated,and the software interface development between IPC and teach box is expounded .At the same time,we make a completely discussion to the serial port communication which undertakes the data exchanging task between teach box and main computer ,and also dissect the ticklers in the communication
