摘　　要：近年来,在华跨国公司的不道德行为主要包括有商业贿赂、污染环境、出售"问题"产品、盘剥员工、违规用工等。之所以出现这些问题,除了企业自身利益机制的驱动之外,还与中外文化差异和我国监管机制、市场环境不健全有很大关系。要加强对这些行为的监管,就必须完善我国法律法规,发挥非政府组织和媒体的作用。In recent years, the problems caused by morality failure in China’s multinational companies mainly includebusiness bribery, environment pollution, inferior quality, the labor issue and so on. The causes of these problems arevery complex, concerning not only profit-driven mechanism of the multinational companies themselves, but alsoSino-foreign cultural differences, undesirable supervision mechanism and market environment in China. To solve theproblem of corporate morality failure, it is necessary for China’s multinational companies to observe law and disciplineof China, bring non-governmental organizations into full play, establish a moral autonomy mechanism based oncommon cultural value and strengthen the external supervision to promote the formation of moral heteronomymechanism. Only through the double constraints of moral autonomy and heteronomy, can the multinational companiescorrectly deal with the relationship between economic benefits and corporate morality, so as to develop healthily and sustainably.
