摘　　要：在全校学科建设开创式发展、倡导协同创新的大局下,为突出公安特色,公安院校法学一级学科建设应向纵深方向迈进。需要平衡其与重点二级学科发展间的关系,大力发挥其在我校学科建设中的基础性作用,促进其与公安特色学科间协调发展;加强青年教师后备力量建设、锻造高水平师资,完善考核机制、鼓励团队建设与个人发展并进,探索新型导师模式;合理配置研究生学术教育与实践教学资源,坚持创新并强化研究生公安实用人才培养模式。In the background of creative development of subject construction in the whole university, advocating collaborative innovation, the construction of law discipline as first class in public security university or college should go to forward the depth direction in order to highlight the characteristics of public security. There are the needs of balancing its relations with the second class key disciplines’development, playing its basic role in the subject construction in our university, promoting the coordinated development between the subjects of law and those with public security characteristics. There are also needs strengthening mothball force construction of young teachers, forging a high level of teaching, improving the evaluation mechanism, encouraging team building as well as personal development to go hand in hand, exploring new supervisor mode. Need for rational allocation of academic education and practical teaching resources, and persisting in innovation with strengthening the mode of cultivating graduate qualified talents for public security.
