摘　　要：供应链信息系统(IOS)通过促进知识吸收能力(包括知识的获取和传播),提高企业对市场变化的感知能力,从而改善企业绩效。使用结构方程研究方法对264份样本的实证分析发现:感知能力是IOS作用于企业竞争绩效的中介变量;吸收能力是IOS提升感知能力的中介变量;IOS对企业的知识获取和知识传播均有显著的正向影响;知识获取和知识传播对感知能力均有显著的正向影响。Inter-organizational systems （lOS） promote knowledge absorptive capability among organizations （includingknowledge acquisition and dissemination） and enhance their perception of changes in the market, and thus indirectly effectson business performance. Based on 264 samples, our empirical study found that：sensing capability is the mediating variableof lOS usage improving enterprise performance ; absorption capacity is the mediating ~variable of IOS usage enhancing sensingcapability; IOS has a significant positive impact on enterprise knowledge acquisition and dissemination, knowledge acquisi-tion and dissemination has a significant positive impact on sensing capability.
