摘　　要：运用知识结构图提升教师能力,打造高效课堂,提高教学质量,已成为校本研修基地学校教学改革的一个显著特征。知识结构图以其科学性、操作性、实用性的特点逐渐成为促进教师专业发展、提升学生学习能力和提高教学质量的有效辅助工具,也成为高校与地方共建校本研修省级实验区的突出特色。Utilizing the knowledge structure to enhance the teacher＇ s ability and forging the efficiency class to improve teachingquality is the distinctive feature of the teaching reform in school-based training schools. The knowledge structure based on science,operation and practice is getting to be the efficient aiding means to reinforce the teacher＇ s profession development, enhance thestudent＇ s learning ability and improve the teaching quality, and also becomes the university and local education bureau＇ s school-based training mutual construction distinctive feature.
