摘　　要：从心理学的人际吸引视域看,教育者与教育对象的接近程度、相似程度、个性吸引程度和教育对象对教育者的熟悉程度、需要程度、尊重程度都会影响思想政治教育的过程效度。优化教育内容和创新教育方法是人际吸引视域下提升思想政治教育过程效度的重要途径。From a perspective of psychology of interpersonal attraction , those factors ,such as the proximity, similarity, degree of personality attraction and familiarity of the educational object , degree of need and respect will affect the validity of ideological and political education .Optimizing the education content and method is an effective way to enhanced interpersonal attraction , improve the validity of ideological and political education effects .
