摘　　要：附子治疗痛类方中附子所治之痛,皆阳虚阴凝为患,附子补五脏之阳、壮命门之火,阳振阴散,其痛自止,配伍不同类药物,以达到针对主症,旁疗兼症之效。力求一药多能,综合发挥作用;重视人体生理,除邪先护正,祛邪留途径。In Zhang Zhongjing% pain -relieving prescriptions, Fuzi eliminates pain which is due to yang deficiency and yin stag- nation, because Fuzi can nourish yang of five viscera, strengthen mingmen fire, vibrate yang and scatter yin. It can be combined with the other kinds of drugs to stop pain, treat main syndrome and the accompanied sympotoms. Fuzi can be comprehensively used in many ways. Its use shows that physiology should be paid attention to,and healthy qi should be proteeted first in order to get rid of pathogenic factors.
