摘 要:为了得到超声波辅助提取山药低聚糖的最佳工艺条件,采用Box·Benhnken中心组合设计及响应面法(RSM)探讨了超声功率、超声时间、乙醇浓度、料液比4个因素的优化组合。经回归模型分析并结合验证试验,确定低聚糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:超声功率500 W、提取时间60 min、乙醇浓度60%、料液比1:15。在该条件下,山药低聚糖得率为7.21(±0.26)%,与预测值7.25%基本一致,且比相同条件下未使用超声波的提取工艺提高了3.91%。To establish the ultrasonic wave assisted extraction technology of oligosaceharide from Chinese Yam, the optimization was applied to discuss influencing factors as ultrasound power, extracting time, ethanol concentration and ratio of solid to liquid by Box?Benhnken center-united design as well as the method of response surface analysis (RSM). The optimal technological parameters were conformed as follows: uhrasound power 500 W, extracting time 60 min, ethanol concentration 60%, ratio of solid to liquid 1:15. Under these conditions, the experimental yield of Chinese Yam oligosaccharide was 7.21 (±0.26)%, which was close with the predicted value, 7.25%. The present Chinese Yarn oligosaccharide yield was 3.91% higher than that from extraction without ultrasonic wave.
