摘 要:目的:探讨高校管理人员工作倦怠的成因并提出干预对策。方法:采用工作倦怠量表和社会支持评估量表,随机调查四川省高校管理人员120名。结果:轻度倦怠者33人,检出率为32%;中度倦怠者共24人,检出率为24%;高度倦怠者共20人,检出率为20%;社会支持与工作倦怠各维度之间存在显著性相关;管理人员的学历、客观支持、兼教学在工作倦怠三维度上均有显著的预测作用。结论:文章旨在探讨高校管理人员工作倦怠的成因和对策,为缓解高校管理人员的工作倦怠,提高他们的自我保健意识,提供参考依据。Objective this study aims to discuss the reasons of the administrative staffs job burnout and to put forward intervention countermeasures. Methods Maslaeh Burnout Inventory and Social Support Assessment Scale were applied to carry on a questionnaire survey among university administrative staff in Sichuan Province, which collects 102 valid questionnaires. Results 1. the number of mild burnout is 33, the detection rate is 32% ; the total number of moderate burnout is 24, the detection rate is 24% ; the total number of high burnout is 20, the detection rate is 11%. 2. there are significant correlations in each dimension between social support and job burnout ;3. There/lave been significant predictive effects in three dimensions of job burnout among the administrative staff's education background, objective support and teaching. Conclusions this study attempts to discuss the reasons of university administrative staff's job burnout for easing the administrative staff's job burnout and enhancing their own health care consciousness to provide important reference basis.
