摘 要:为得到更加真实的自卸汽车举升机构动力学特性,将举升机构的拉杆和举升臂视为柔体,利用有限元分析软件MSC.Patran/Nastran对举升机构拉杆和举升臂进行模态分析,输出模态中性文件,在多体动力学软件ADAMS中引入模态中性文件,并考虑了悬架钢板弹簧和轮胎的柔性,建立刚柔耦合的自卸汽车整车虚拟样机模型。利用多体动力学软件ADAMS,对举升机构构件均为刚体和举升机构的拉杆、举升臂为柔体时进行动力学仿真分析,得到了举升机构各铰接点作用力的变化规律。结果表明,举升机构刚柔耦合建模与刚体建模相比,获得的作用力较小,为举升机构的设计提供了依据。To obtain realistic dynamic characteristics for the lifting mechanism of dump truck, the liftarm and drawbar were regarded as flexible bodies. Modal neutral files (MNF) of liftarm and drawbar were obtained from modal analysis conducted in finite element analysis software MSC. Patran/Nastran. A rigid-flexible virtual prototyping model of the dump truck was built by translating the MNF into ADAMS, in which the flexibility of leafsprings and tires was taken into consideration. The force condition of each hinge point in lifting mechanism was obtained by the dynamic analysis of rigid and rigid-flexible coupling lifting mechanism in ADAMS. Comparing the rigid-flexible coupling modeling with the rigid modeling of lifting mechanism, the results showed that the applied forces in rigid-flexible model were smaller than the ones in multi-rigid model, which provided reference for the design of lifting mechanism.
